I built Company Twin for SME founders and operators who do not want business continuity to depend on one heroic person remembering everything.
Agencies, accounting firms, consultancies, recruiters, MSPs, and e-commerce teams usually know their obvious risks: insurance, cash flow, compliance, security. The quieter risk is operational memory. The person who knows how the messy client handoff works. The only manager who understands a custom report. The teammate who can decode the spreadsheet everyone else is afraid to touch.
Company Twin is meant to help teams capture that knowledge before there is an emergency. It maps where work actually depends on one person, turns recurring processes into usable SOPs, and gives operators a practical continuity plan for the moments when someone important is away.
The point is not surveillance. It is resilience: fewer stalled decisions, fewer frantic calls, cleaner handoffs, and less operational risk sitting in someone's head.
Which client renewals, invoices, or escalations only one person truly understands?
Where do SOPs live when the person who made them is offline?
Can a backup person run the next payroll, campaign launch, onboarding, or support handoff without a meeting?
What decisions would stall because the context lives in DMs, notebooks, or someone's head?
A simple exercise for this week
Pick one revenue-critical workflow and ask: if the owner of this process vanished for 30 days, could another capable person run it from the documentation alone? If the answer is no, that is your first continuity gap.
We are starting with teams that want to turn those gaps into living operational memory before they become fire drills.
